Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving 2012!

As we celebrate this holiday away from America, I am truly grateful for Thanksgiving!  How wonderful that we have a day set aside to stop and simply give thanks.  Although we try to give thanks daily, there is something special about gathering with others, verbalizing our thanks aloud, and hearing our friends and family share their grateful hearts.  Taking turns giving thanks always seems to bring a little anxiety to the table, but it's not long before it feels just right.  Thank you to the 10 Moroccan guests who joined us this year.  Some of them were with us last Thanksgiving, and they were all really interested in learning more about our holiday.  We expressed our deep thanks for one another in ways that may have gone unsaid without this opportunity.  Happy Thanksgiving!
